| Booking and payment ways |
When you make a reservation, please follow the next steps:
1. Make the on-line reservation and confirm it with our team; The minimum stay is equal to 2 (two) nights.
2. Fix with us the meeting details as a point, the time and the person who will come to help you;
3. Provide us with all details about your arrival and also your contacts in Bucharest as a mobile phone number;
4. Contact us before you arrive in Bucharest if you didn’t choose our airport transfer.
5. The keys will be given only if the whole amount has been paid.
Payment:
The payment may be made by cash, certified bank draft, wire transfer or by credit card.
When payment is by credit card, the Tenant has to pay a 5% fees.
All bank fees will be charged to the Tenant when payment is done by transfer.
Payment by VISA or MasterCard is accepted.
Payment by American Express is not accepted.
The price includes:
- Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
- Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes, consumption of electricity.
- Heating, TV cable, internet connection.
The price does not include:
- Your telephone calls except local calls.
- Any additional service. |
