Rainbow Accommodations offers you accommodation in apartments situated in residential buildings in the centre of Bucharest. All our apartments have the same standard and they are located in the same area between University Square , Romana Square, Palace Hall (Revolution Square) and Rosetti Square.
Rainbow Accommodations is not a hotel. Please note that Rainbow Accommodations has no 24 h reception desk.
The address you can see on our web-site is from our office but not from your apartment. That’s why it is absolutely necessary to follow the next steps for a no problem accommodation in Bucharest:
1. Make the on-line reservation and confirm it with our team;
2. Fix with us the meeting details as a point, the time and the person who will come to help you;
3. Provide us with all details about your arrival and also your contacts in Bucharest as a mobile phone number;
4. Contact us after you arrived in Bucharest if you didn’t choose our airport transfer.

Rainbow Accommodations offers you excellent accommodation services in individual apartments. For your convenience it is recommendable not to go at different addresses but wait for our representatives who will help you for a no problems staying in Bucharest.

The current lease shall apply exclusively to a temporary and non-commercial rental. Premises can only be occupied as a secondary residence. It is understood that Tenant shall in no way use it as a base to carry out any activity of a commercial or professional nature.

Booking an apartment with Rainbow Accommodations means that the tenant declares to be over 18 years old and accepts the Terms and Conditions of this contract.

Should you need to change the dates of arrival and departure, please immediately contact us. Changes are subject to the availability of the property booked and may be subject to an additional administration fee.

After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.

Rainbow Accommodations Romania and www.rainbowaccommodations.com are brands of S.C. SKANDIROM CONSULTING S.R.L.
The number of persons cannot be more than the number indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

When payment is by credit card, the Tenant has to pay a 5% fees.
All bank fees will be charged to the Tenant when payment is done by transfer.
Payment by VISA or MasterCard is accepted.
Payment by American Express is not accepted.

Apartments are clean at the moment of arrival. Please maintain the rented space in order and, at the end of the stay, leave the premises in clean condition and good repair.

For longer periods, Rainbow Accommodations provides you with 1 cleaning day / week. For extra cleaning please see Additional services from this contract.

The minimum stay is equal to 2 (two) nights.
It should be noted that, under the present rental agreement, premises cannot be occupied by more than the number of people stated therein, except for special authorization from Rainbow Accommodations Romania.
In the case that damages caused by the client result in a delay in renting the apartment, the price of the nights in which the apartment cannot be rented will be charged to the Tenant.

The price includes:
- Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
- Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes, consumption of electricity.
- Heating, TV cable, internet connection.

The price does not include:
- Your telephone calls except local calls.
- Any additional service.

The payment may be made by cash, certified bank draft, wire transfer or by credit card. Until the First Payment has been paid, no reservation can be guaranteed.
The keys will be given only if the whole amount has been paid.

For your convenience we offer the following additional services:

• Airport transfer: Monday –  Friday - 20 EURO 07:00 – 22:00 and 30 EURO 22:00 – 07:00; 30 EURO Saturday, Sunday all day long;
• Fax reception at our office: 1 € per page
• Extra cleaning: 10 €
• Extra change of linens and towels: 15 € per extra change
• Extra keys: On the day of your arrival, you will be given one set of keys. We can provide a second set, if you need one. Please note there is an extra fee if you need a third set. The price depends on the keys.
• Compliments: You will find sugar, coffee and tea, compliments of Rainbow Accommodations Romania upon your arrival in the apartment.

Arrival in Bucharest

Should you arrive in Bucharest by airplane or train, we strongly advise that you book with us our Airport Transfer service. Our representative will have the keys to the property, meet you at the airport and take you straight to the property in comfort. We can arrange for you to be met during office hours by one of our representatives, should you prefer. It is mandatory that you be met by a driver if your arrival is outside office hours ( 9:30 am – 5pm Monday to Friday).

CHECK-IN:

• You are free to choose your date of arrival and you can arrive any day of the week. You should notify Rainbow Accommodations Romania at least two days in advance of the day and precise time of arrival. The apartment keys will be at your disposal at our office from 9 a.m until 7 p.m, Monday to Friday on the day of your arrival or you can have a Rainbow Accommodations representative to welcome you at the apartment.
• If there is a departure from the apartment the day of your arrival, you will be able to leave your luggage in the apartment from 11 a.m, but arrival in the apartment begins at 2 p.m (after the cleaning is done).
• Early check-in is possible if the apartment is ready. If not, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9 a.m while the cleaning is done.
• Week-end arrivals (Saturday and Sunday) will be charged with 10 EURO if you do not choose our Airport Transfer;
• Bank days holidays arrivals (January 1, May 1, the day after the Christian Orthodox Easter, December 1, December 24, 25, 31) you will be charged with 10 EURO. Please contact us for the information.

Remember: contact us before your arrival in order to provide you with vital information about the building (code, floor, door left or right). For security reasons we can not leave this information together with the keys.

CHECK-OUT:

• During the week, from Monday until Friday, the check-out time is before 11 a.m. Premises must be vacated on the date and at the time stated in the contract.
• You must call the agency one day before your departure to inform us about the hour of your check out. Otherwise the check-out will be at 11:00 a.m.
• For weekend departures and bank holidays (January 1, May 1, May 8, July 14, August 15, November 1, November 11, December 25), you will be instructed where to leave the keys. The apartment will be checked on the next Monday morning and if our agent observes damage after your departure, we will inform you and deduct the amount from your credit card.

In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the arrival, we will charge you the first night from your credit card.  

You are Responsible
A) for all deterioration of the property and its contents caused by you or by a member of your group or by one of your guests.
B) for all damages sustained by a third party and which result from an act committed by you or by a member of your group or by a guest invited by you or a member of your group.
A statement summarizing the material condition of the premises and a furniture inventory shall be established and its terms agreed upon by both parties at that time. Tenant shall inform Rainbow Accommodations about any inventory not in satisfactory condition during the first day of his staying. If an inspection document has not been submitted, it is understood that the Tenant found the premises in satisfactory condition and will leave them in a similar condition.

Introducing pets (dogs, cats, etc.) on the premises is forbidden, unless prior authorization has been obtained from Rainbow Accommodations. Such authorization is predicated on the animal’s behavior and neighbors' possible reactions.

The agreement shall be governed by Romanian law.

While we will do everything possible to accommodate our clients' requests, we are not responsible for situations which might affect room/apartment rentals or delays in arrival, such as strikes, failure of previous guests to vacate or other causes or conditions beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the temporary defect of equipment, for electricity power cuts, for a water cuts, for loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances independent of his/her will.
Litigations of any kind arising out of or in connection to the performance of this leasing agreement shall be amiably settled.
In case this is not possible, the litigation shall be referred to the competent courts of justice, as per the common law.
